Important Notice: Guest needs to compulsory carry original Passport for Helicopter ride.
No soft copies are accepted. If they don't follow the same, it will be considered NO Show!
All Passengers must be at the Heliport Site 45 minutes prior to scheduled flight time.
Smoking, food and beverages are not allowed on helicopter flights.
Each Passenger’s weight will be checked prior to boarding to comply with the helicopter weight and balance regulations and restrictions.
Passengers are recommended to dress in comfortable and light sportswear, Earrings and large pieces of jewels are not allowed onboard the aircraft.
Tour routes may vary due to air traffic control stipulations or other operational or safety considerations.
Insurance: Every passenger is insured in accordance with the local UAE Civil Aviation Authorization regulations.
All flights are subject to weather and visibility conditions.
Heart Patients, Physical disabilities due to impairment, Passenger has undergone major surgery recently, Pregnant women are not allowed for this activity

All Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the Tour departure time NO charges will be applicable
If Cancellation made within 48 hours to your Tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable
If eligible for Refund your Amount will be returned back to your Account within 10 working days.

Child Policy
Kids above 2 years can only fly due to regulations they need to sit in their own seat.
